Our parking service is available to anyone who is tired of hunting for tight, street parking spaces and wants to keep their car.
The first 30 minutes after entering are free, making the process here easier. The fee is calculated in 15-minute intervals, and payment is made afterwards at the motorway vending machine.

Lookout - Exhibitions
From the top of the 55 m high cylinders of the former grain silos, there is an unparalleled view of the city, and on clear days, the highest peaks of the Tokaj Mountains and the Tatra Mountains can also be seen. On the way down, we would like to introduce visitors to various exhibitions.
In the near future, we would like to expand the sports opportunities, so we are planning to create a climbing wall in the interior.
Event venue
The total area of Átrium Park is 3.5 hectares. This vast area serves the convenience of those working here during the day, but on weekends it is also excellent for hosting large events.

Car Festival in Átrium Park
Our first public event was held on April 19, 2025, in collaboration with Miskolc RC Model Car Club, Állítólag Bistro and Miskolc Pizza Time.

Keeping the interior of the office building clean is our primary task. We also try to make the interior as pleasant as possible so that the time spent working is also more enjoyable.

Iconic location
The former István Mill and its predecessor, the Borsod-Miskolczi Steam Mill, were institutions of historical significance. We are trying to renovate and maintain the buildings in a dignified manner, and commemorate their historical past. Our thematic exhibition can be viewed in the Siló exhibition hall (awaiting handover).
